THE
BREATHE
PROJECT
The Breathe Project aims are to use the outdoor environment to improve the health and wellbeing of our community. Working in Trowbridge, Wiltshire and the surrounding area to bring a unique outdoor experience combining Forest School, environmental activities and gardening. We work with a range of age groups to tailor activities to suit individuals needs.
We achieve this by running a range of different groups both at Southwick Country Park and within our local community.
We believe in the positive impact that being outside in the fresh air can have on our mental wellbeing for everyone from 0-99.
If you have a group of individuals who would benefit from outdoor activity and we don't run a group already please get in touch to see if we can help.
